All products sold by The BI Playbook are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products can be accessed immediately upon purchase, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

BI Without the Guesswork — The Review ($149 Founding · $249 standard)
The Review is a written report produced from the data files you submit, delivered within 5 business days. Because each Review is bespoke work product prepared specifically for your business, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following terms:

The Review is not refundable on the basis that the findings were unwelcome — for example, that they identified problems the business would prefer not to address. The Review reports what the data shows.
